Cancellations
You can change or cancel your Studio reservation at no additional charge any time 3 days before your reservation by cancelling from your original confirmation email. Upon cancellation, you will receive a credit for the amount charged that can be applied towards a future visit with us. Your credit will expire 12 months from the date of the original reservation.
No charges are applied if reschedule is made 3 days prior to the reservation date.
$30 fee applies if you request to reschedule within 3 days from your reserved date.
$50 fee applies if you request to reschedule within 24 hours of your session.
Rescheduling requests will Not be accepted for no-show session.
